The Tower II Office complex is designed as a multi-story Class A office building.  The project will be applying for LEED(R)-CS v2.0 Certification and as part of this process EMO has modeled the facility to quantify the anticipated Energy & Atmosphere Credit 1 points and maximizing the energy cost savings
