The State University College at Oneonta (SUNY) is a three story lab, office, and science education facility.  EMO has assesses the building energy performance of the proposed rehabilitation in accordance with the New York State’s Executive Order 111 Section B: construction of new buildings shall achieve at least a 20% improvement in energy efficiency performance relative to levels required by the State's Energy Conservation Construction Code.
