Project Highlights
The Connecticut Army National Guard has contracted the design team for the renovation of the 30 year old Southington Readiness Center. The Center is designed as a single story mixed-use facility with meeting rooms, offices, kitchen, drill bay, equipment storage rooms, a two bay maintenance garage, exercise room and restrooms. This project will be applying for the U.S. Army Core of Engineer’s Sustainable Project Rating Tool (SPiRiT) ver. 1.4.1.
