Methodology and Approach
EMO provides consulting services for new construction, existing buildings, renovations, and historic rehabilitation projects:
Feasibility Analysis and Collaboration: Early collaborative discussions help to initiate the integrated design approach across all building disciplines and from initial concept design through final construction. EMO can provide their clients with detailed assessment for potential LEED certification level and credit approach at early stages to facilitate the design process.
Credit Documentation and Review: Generate LEED submittals and complete templates for a number of LEED credits. EMO reviews all credit documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Credit Calculations and Analysis: Analysis for site related credits, daylight and views compliance, air measurements, and innovative credit approaches can be performed. EMO will develop documentation for policies and plans in compliance with credit requirements.
LEED Online Administration: Customize the LEED Online site to the appropriate credit approach. Provide assistance throughout the design and construction phases. EMO aids in the response development throughout the review and certification process.
