Mr. Parrish has been with the EMO team since the Fall of 2007 as an energy engineer providing technical support for several energy audits and upgrade projects.  He has experience performing energy audits for the EERE Technical Assistance (TA) project. He has experience performing detailed life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA), simple rate of return, and other payback analyses for energy conservation measures (ECMs). Mr. Parrish also has experience with multiple computer programs such as Design Buidler, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). He has provided support to the Department of Energy's Fossil Energy Office.
