New York State Energy Research Development Authority (NYSERDA) administrates the New York Energy Smart New Construction Program (NCP), which aims to achieve reductions in electricity use throughout the state. EMO will work with the design team to qualify their buildings for the maximum achievalbe NYSERDA incentives through design review, parametric analysis, system evaluation, and energy modeling.
