The historic Mary E Switzer GSA building, is a mid-rise office facility currently scheduled for a full renovation including mechanical, electrical, interior fenestration systems, space allocations, and some envelope additions. The design assistance and model will benchmark energy usage goals and be submitted as the DOE-2.2 energy model required for Perquisite 2 and Credit 1 within the Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Category of the LEED® Certification.
