EMO will work alongside the Architect and MEP to define constraints and to identify all basis of comparison. From there EMO will develop a detailed energy model simulation to assess the long term energy cost performance of the facility. EMO will incorporate capital investment costs, incremental maintenance costs, available escalation rates, and building experience to develop a thorough and valued comparative LCCA study for their clients.
