Mr. Wilcox brings to EMO Energy Solutions over 25 years of energy industry and building systems expertise. At EMO Energy Solutions, he is responsible for overall project management, business development, conducting new building design evaluations, energy efficiency and conservation retrofit projects, and utility energy procurement assessments.  He also participates in presenting energy training seminars and energy awareness and education campaigns.  Mr. Wilcox’s past experience includes work from both the energy consultant and the utility representative perspective. This experience includes commercial and industrial energy analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of utility demand-side programs, procurement in both regulated and deregulated electric, gas and fuel markets.
