Brookfield Properties contracted EMO for sustainable consulting for LEED-EBOM certification. The building was designed as ‘Core and Shell’ and is 100% occupied with one tenant. EMO worked with Brookfield Properties to revamp their management practices to find environmentally preferable alternatives. EMO assisted in developing cohesive management practices with minimal impact to the tenant.

The building earned an Energy Star Score of 91 equating to 13 LEED-EBOM EA Credit 1 points. EMO performed an energy audit to identify further opportunities for energy savings within the building. While performing outdoor air testing, EMO identified an excess amount of outdoor air delivered to the building cost more than $11,000 a year!
