2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard is a state of the art nine story office building in just outside of Washington, DC. This facility is a showcase of sustainable development and energy efficiency. Tower Companies owns and occupies this facility and is pursing LEED® for Commercial Interiors for their space including accomplishing an interior lighting power of ~0.63 Watts/sf.
