Walk-through Energy Inspection and Audit with Blower Door Testing
EMO will perform the "Walk-through Energy Inspection and Audit". Additionally, EMO Will perform a blower door test on the home. This test consists of installing a large fan in one of the exterior doors which is able to create a small pressure differential between the inside and outside of the home. This allows for sources of outside air infiltration to be easily identified. EMO will deliver a brief report within one week to the home owner detailing the audit and blower door results.
