Aurelius Hospitality is a new construction project set in Auburn, NY and is a restaurant, conference center, and a hotel with total approximate area of 100,000 gsf.

The design team is projected to earn 51.4% in regulated energy cost savings equating to 8 LEED®-NC ver 2.1 EA Credit 1 points. Additionally this building is expected to qualify for over $100,000 in state tax incentives through the NYSERDA Energy Smart program. Furthermore, the center qualifies for $1.80/sf federal tax incentive for beating ASHRAE 90.1-2001 by at minimum 50%.
