TheShirlington Library and Theatre is a four-story building with an adjacent parking garage.  The building’s two functions, the theater and the library are distinctly separate.  The entire first level, with the exception of a small entrance, is dedicated to the library.  The remaining two full levels and a partial mezzanine level house theatrical performances, practices, and office functions.
