The building is a two story structure housing workshops, storage and offices.  The second level is primarily office space with a large meeting center. The design assistance and model will benchmark energy usage goals and be submitted as the DOE-2.2 energy model required for Perquisite 2 and Credit 1 within the Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Category of the LEED® Certification.
