Mr. Babcock is responsible for managing and conducting new building sustainable design evaluations, energy efficiency projects, energy auditing projects, facility energy end-use characterizations, building benchmarking, daylighting design, full LEED®, SPiRiT, and NYSERDA design assistance, code compliance, and utility assessments. He is also responsible for presenting energy training seminars, energy awareness meetings, and education campaigns to all disciplines of building professionals. He has extensive experience in developing DOE-2.2 energy simulations with user interfaces such as PowerDOE, VisualDOE and eQUEST. He also has experience with mechanical design programs such as TurboCAD and AutoCAD, and daylighting design programs such as Lumen Designer. He has performed several on-site energy audits and technology assessments, and is proficient in technical report writing and many aspect of HVAC design. Mr. Babcock is ultimately responsible for managing client relationships, task scheduling, design meetings, and deliverables
