The facility is designed as a two-story educational facility with classrooms, an outdoor environmental learning lab, an administrative wing, computer laboratories, gymnasium, media center, cafeteria, and all general support areas and elementary school infrastructure.  The facility also has a community center and will anticipate more usage than a typical elementary school.
