As of May 1, EMO Energy Solutions has been acquired by Lilker Associates Consulting Engineers, a leading, 100-person MEP design firm based in New York City. Founded in 1985, Lilker is known for its award-winning engineering and technology solutions. The wholly owned subsidiary, Lilker EMO Energy Solutions, will be led by Eric Oliver, founder of EMO and managing director of the new entity, and will continue to operate from the existing Falls Church, VA office.
Integrating Lilker's MEP and technology design expertise with EMO's long-standing experience in energy modeling, building commissioning, energy audits, and energy conservation and LEED consulting services, LIlker EMO Energy Solutions will provide comprehensive sustainable building systems design and energy conservation services on projects throughout the U.S.
